Finally a furniture piece that fits in my hallway. The baskets are sturdy and they can hold my large towels. They are also deep enough. It's not bulky and can fit in my apartment hallway without being an obstacle in the way. I love it.❤️❤️

When product arrived, there was damage to the box and one side piece. After notifying company a replacement piece was sent promptly. No problem with putting item together. Like other purchasers, I put felt strips on bottom of baskets to save the beauty of the wood. Very good looking piece of furniture and I am very pleased with entire transaction with company.

Perfect size for our space, easy to put together and we didn't want to spend a lot of money on something. We placed some of those thin laminated placemats under the baskets (cut to size so they don't show on the front edge) to avoid scratching the bottom of the shelf - this works great and no need to glue felt or whatever on bottom of baskets. Although this is fairly cheaply made and does scratch easily (on outside or inside), if you know this in advance and take care while using it, you can easily fill in tiny scratches with dark wood colored marker or polish. We were happy with this purchase.

I purchased 2 of these storage shelves for my kids' toy room about 1 year ago. They are fantastic! Really great quality - sturdy and made of strong solid wood. The color is as represented on the picture - a nice dark walnut-like finish. The wicker bins may appear a bit thin, but they are surprisingly quite strong! They are pulled in and out several times daily and have held up remarkably. They arrived without a single dent as they were wrapped really, really well. I highly recommend this product!

OK, maybe my fault but I ordered this cab for toys. Quality seems good - the color, however, is disgusting. It is a poop brown. I was disappointed so I decided to contact company to return for a Expresso finish one that I hoped would look better. The company did agree to take it back - with a $25 deducted from return and I would have to pay to ship it back. All I wanted was to exchange color. I am very disappointed and feel like I am being held hostage because of the expense to return it and get the new one makes me feel like I just need to suck it up and keep the poop in the living room. Not impressed with return options. The color in the pic - looks great - it is NOT the color that arrives. Buyer beware.Update: OK, I built the cabinet as I felt it wasn't cost efficient to return ... explanation above. It is worse than I thot. It is very cheap looking. If I had paid $50 for this - it's fine. But it's not fine for $130. So, I will suck it up ... pay the ridiculous $25 to return it and the expense to ship it just to have it gone. I will NOT be purchasing the expresso finish as it looks cheap - and color change won't help that. I am very surprised by all the good reviews. I bought based on them - and now am leery of trusting reviews.Don't buy this cabinet unless it is greatly reduced in price and you don't care how cheesy it looks.

a very attractive concept. Too bad the engineering was not as good. Nothing fit;I even had to trim the wooden dowels. Without clamps, this thing would have been impossible to put together. The staining is uneven, and even non-existant in some places. With a little love and a lot of patience, this is a beautiful addition to my great room.

Easy to put together. Decent quality for the money. I thought it was a bit flimsy while putting it together, until i screwed on the back board, and it's strength showed up. There are 4 hole caps that are suppose to hide the locks that connect the top piece to the base. They screw lock holes where drilled too deeply so the clips did not attach. I ended up having to take the screw locks out, fold some plastic and push that into the hole. Reinsert the screw lock and then the lock stuck out enough for me to attach the hole caps. NOTE: Do not put too much plastic in the hole and tighten the screw lock too tight bc you will pop out the back of the hole and the side board will separate, bc its not real wood but some kind of pressed board, not particle board, but i'm not sure what its actually called.My wife also hot glued on felt to the bottom of the baskets, bc they will scratch the shelves. We bought two of them, and with some adjustments, these work perfect for our daughters toys. We bought this one bc it was the perfect size to fit on each side of our entertainment center in our living room, and the cheapest price.The baskets seem well made and are holding up good.

This is the perfect addition to my newly remodeled great room. It is the perfect size for the lamp I already had. The baskets are a good size and quality. I put it together by myself. (If I had read the instructions more carefully, I would not have had to repeat one step.)It was packed very well and no one can tell that it was not purchased in one piece.A good buy.
