I got sick and decided to try these out. First things first, price is best on the market. Either pay $16+tax for 12 or $12+tax for 2. You do the math. The scent is menthol. That nice cooling scent that soothes the soul. Small and compact easy to carry around at all times. For me personally when taking a huff in both nostrils it'll last and help me breath for about 30 minutes to and hour depending on what I'm doing. Small size but could last long. Instructions say that a broken seal on one can last up to a month. So depending on how much you use it 1 can last you 2-3 weeks and unsealed shelf life probably a couple months at most. Using it is very simple. Crack it open and stick the stick into your nostril one by one, cover the other side of your nose and huff for a few seconds. Buy it and you won't regret it when your nose is stuffed up

Item was as described; seemed like all of them had their slugs included. Received my order on 3/22/25 and expiration on products are 10/25, which is unfortunate. But it was a great price for what it was.
