How thick is the tape in millimeters ?

it's 1.587 mm thick, and 6.35 mm wide. (= 1/16" thick and 1/4"wide)

how plyable is the tape compared to regular tape? Someone said it's 1.5 inch wide. I have a 1 inch rod. The tape is plyable enough to hug the rod?

The tape is not 1.5 inches wide it’s less. I used it on my 1 inch rod. I love this tape and it goes on smoothly, just take your time applying it. I also applied it while on the bracket. Hope this helped you.

Do we have additional quantity of the 24 ft. ones? ... We need 3 of them.

I bought two for my extra long curtain rods and was just very carefully to apply them touching from end to end and it still works perfectly.
