Yes. My unit is currently on loan to a friend. Not sure what the fuse size is. Per a a previous review for this product I found:It has one .5 Amp 250V 3/4" fuse and a spare fuse holder in the battery compartment.

Could this ptok up the ( very low ? ) voltage of a doorbell wire, im trying to figure out if there even is a ( current ? ) flowing to the push button

Most door bells are about 6 to 24 VAC. If you put your meter on the 50 ACV selection and put the leads across the door bell contacts you should read a voltage. When you push the door bell button you will complete the circuit by closing the button contacts and that should make your reading go to zero and the bell to ring.
