God's plans are always good.
Another pulse pounding thriller which got me completely enmeshed in its fast paced action and suspense. Lenny believes in luck. However, his luck has run out when he gets entangled with the mafia and fails to complete the task given to him. His sister's life is threatened by them. Pastor Adam whose faith in God is unshakeable, helps him. Lenny is cynical and does not believe in God's plan. Will he be able to rescue his sister against all odds? Will he finally realise that Pastor Adam is right and God's plan always works out for the best. I thank the author for the ARC and it is my pleasure to review this book. I have enjoyed reading all her books thus far.

Is he Lucky or just a Loser?
Lucky Lenny is in trouble and he stays that way until the end of the book.He thinks he has a plan to get out from the trouble that seems to follow him around but he just gets deeper and deeper into it. The story is one of non stop suspense and you'll be glued to the book just to find out what happens next. Lenny begins to figure out that there is more to life than being Lucky.

Non-stop suspense
This is one of those “don’t stop reading until you’re done” books. Lenny is caught in life and death situations. He should be dead but somehow survives. Eventually his sister is in danger because of his wrong moves in life. The suspense never lets up until the final moments. A real thriller of a book and no silly romantic sub plot to get in the way.

When Man's Plan Doesn't Align With God's Plan
Poor Lucky Lenny. He always has a plan of his own, and doesn't think he needs God. Then his plans keep failing and he begins to rely on God.This is a great story with a message for all if we are just willing to listen.Pay attention to the part about 'Sometimes You Have To Go Through The Desert.' That brought home a message from the Bible I'd been missing even after many readings of the Bible myself.

quick read
Finished book thinking somehow the last chapter was left missing…Good story, but still wishing loose ends from volume 1 had been addressed.

Searching and finding
I loved the Alex Hunt series because I like history and archeology. This next series just keeps getting better with each new book. They make you think more about how God is working in your life to fulfill His plan for you in His own time and way that is best for you and you alone!Pamela H
