☆Replaced tortilla addiction with something more versatile, tastier and healthier!☆
I love to make healthy food with clean ingredients for my family. With all the time constraints that come along with two working parents and two littles, I’ve often opted for a sprouted grain wrap to house veggies and proteins while on the go. I came across Star Anise Foods Brown Rice Spring Roll Wrappers and could not be happier with this upgrade!Although, both are NON GMO and take only seconds to prepare, the spring rolls are waaaay more versatile (great for dinners too, I have even replaced my mom’s mini meat pie recipe with this quick low-fat, low carb solution.) Unlike the sprouted grain tortillas, I have been using for years, the wraps have ZERO grams of fat and ZERO grams of sugar, are gluten free and are LOWER in sodium! I LOVE the taste and my toddler twins are on board, too. We have been playing around with fun wraps they can help make (think: fruits, nut butters, cheeses, cucumber). This has been a game changer in our busy household. I AM OBSESSED!Just bought some of their brown rice noodles with seaweed, so I will be back to review in a bit! Hoping I am equally as wowed! This must be a parent-owned brand as everything is so simple to prepare and filled with wholesome ingredients. Love, love, love - 5 stars for sure! ☆☆☆☆☆

Amazing & Delicious: Best Wraps You'll Ever Eat!
Ever since I was introduced to non-fried, fresh spring rolls at a Vietnamese restaurant, I've been obsessed with them. Immediately I started experimenting and making them at home. I have bought a variety of brands from Asian markets to Whole Foods and they are decent, but I've always been a bit bothered by the fact that they are made from white rice which is not nearly as nutritious as brown rice. I did not think brown rice wrappers existed!Once again Amazon comes through for the consumer and gives us access to great products like these superior spring roll wrappers! I didn't think they'd actually taste much different or better than the white rice wrappers I usually buy, but I was SO wrong. These wrappers are delicious--they taste fresher, are not gummy or thick like the white rice wrappers (my husband LOVES them and whenever we make spring rolls for friends, they rave about them). Also, the ingredients are superior--they are made from premium whole brown rice, unlike the white rice wrappers which are made from "white rice flour" which makes a big difference on so many levels--taste to nutrition.I also read about this company which was started by two women. They are a small company; they are ethical and care about the quality of their products and farmers that they deal with...unusual in this day and age.One more thing! Don't be afraid to make these at home! You can fill these wrappers with anything! Simply dip the wrap in a bowl of water for a few seconds, lay it on a table and fill! I dip 2 wrappers in water at a time (much faster) and spoon in everything from chopped veggies and tempeh to noodles and tofu. They are simply delicious.

Awesome wraps! Better than regular rice wraps!
I make Chinese vegetable rolls with these, Indian samosas, and I make vegan sausage with these. If you want, you can make regular sausage healthier with these instead of using actual sausage casings. But these are absolutely fantastic! Just wet them in warm water for 30 seconds, then stuff them, roll them, and wrap them. You can fry them, bake them, or eat them raw.Whatever you don't use, just place the used wrappers in a sealed zip-lock bag for freshness.

Your mouth will thank you and the rest of your body, too.
Can no longer tolerate white rice and thought we had to give up our Goi Cuon (summer/fresh/spring rolls). Thankfully, Star Anise brown rice spring wrappers came to the rescue. We love to make traditional and non-traditional rolls/wraps. They are neutral in flavor so you can take them in any flavor direction other than Asian (e.g. Mexican, Italian, Greek, Indian, etc.). They hold up well to rolling and don't rip easily like some of the white rice wrappers. Been a long time fan and will never go back to white rice wrappers.

Veggie spring roll extravaganza!
Love these, so good and easy to use. Just chop up tons of veggies (bell peppers, cucumber, cilantro, carrots, sprouts), add some avocado, and a good dipping sauce and you're set. I recommend a little Braggs aminos + some Coconut Secret aminos + chili powder and/or cayenne + lime juice + Coconut Secret coconut nectar for a little sweetness in the sauce and you're all set.

Durable, delicious & just like I hoped for!
Either they have fixed their shipping/breakage issues or I was lucky as I checked all packages and had no breakage. Likewise, I made 8 rolls and I actually found these more durable than traditional white rice wraps from Asian markets. These feel ever so slightly thicker. Perhaps those people having issues were either adding liquid inside, not drying their plate each time they wrap a new one, or using water that was too hot. I’ve been making rolls like this for 28 years and these are perfect. Thank you. I will spread these to my friends and family.

Great price
I love these! I was looking for a healthier alternative to bread and tortillas and heard about rice wrappers. I love them. I put vegetables insides, roll them up and use various dipping sauces (like peanut/chili sauce) and they are so yummy! They make a quick, healthy lunch cheap and easy.

Delicious!
The picture of the product on Amazon is slightly misleading and does not mention the green tea. It is in the blurb though. They should update the picture. The product is tasty. However, I would prefer it without the green tea.I really love these and have been eating them nearly every day, with different ingredients inside. I prefer them raw and in fact have never fried them. I put in shredded carrots, spinach, shredded cabbage, mushrooms, blueberries, slivers of turkey breast sometimes. Red peppers. I put homemade balsamic vinaigrette with raspberry and fig on top of the veggies some days, and roll it up inside to avoid the dipping.
