I waited a few months to post this review because I’ve had feeders in the past that quit working a week after I purchased them but this one has been going for 2.5 months now and batteries are still going strong and never misses a meal time ! Perfect for my tank at work !

I was going away for a week needed something to dump some food in on a regular basis to feed my planted tank and my Cichlid tank. I purchased two of these they work flawlessly. I’m happy with my purchase

We bought this for our betta fish while we were out of town for 10 days. It worked great and being able to set times for it to go off was a good feature. My only complaint was the opening where the food comes out. We feed our fish pellets and i couldn't get the opening right. It either released no pellets or too many for just 1 fish. My husband drilled a hole in the plastic to adjust how many pellets were released. Overall great product, but did need a little tweaking. Fish was alive and well when we got back from our trip.

I have been testing it for a week now, as I will be going on vacation for 3 weeks, so far works excellent!

A little larger than what I was expecting. Does it’s job. Using for flake food. Keeps the fish alive when I’m got but is inconsistent in the amount it delivers. Perhaps it’s the size of the flakes , not sure. Also need to angle the reservoir towards the water in order to get adequate amounts. Using now for three months

Easy to setup and use. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the smallest setting to release food is large and drops a lot of food (too much) for our beta. I wiggled the gap smaller even though it was not an official size setting and it worked great and our fish did fine for the 5 days we were away. I recommend this product and will use it again.

Easy setup & works as advertised.

Took a little while to correctly set up and obtain the required portion size.Place unit away from any bubble bar surface activity,as the splashes can clog the feeder aperture. Once fitted and calibrated seems to work well. The only other thing is,, use decent quality batteries.

Good quality, just be careful once you setup portions size. For flakes for my small tank better use 1step (hole size) and double or triple dose. Step 2 is huge portion of food.

Dropped a star for the price-point; would appreciate alternative mounting options that don't need sticking permanently (3M velcro stickers perhaps) and allow to leave the tank lid closed. Had to cut a hole in the tank lid for it to work in my case.Battery life is great, even with more 2-3 feed cycles per day.

I bought that for when I went on holiday for a week and had no one to feed my fish. Installed it a day before just to be sure that it will work as it is meant to. The first thing I have noticed is that you can quite easily install it to any size fish tank but make it work is a whole new level the instructions weren't very clear on that one and then once it was done it would drop the bare minimum off food. Had to open the hole completely for my fish to get the right amount of food but maybe it's because I feed them flakes. Overly it's a good product just not so great with flakes.

This is a great electronic product; the only thing I query is the opener; you need to adjust it correctly to make sure you don’t over feed your fishes! I set the timer for 4 times daily & worked like a charm as I went away for a few days
