Particularly helpful bc I have alpha gal and these are vegan and carrageenan free! They are gel cap but do not contain gelatin which makes them easier to swallow. I can definitely tell a difference when I take them, my levels were low.

Update July 25: I decided to add a 5th star for transparency - their customer service rep that I've been emailing with is communicative and answers my questions with answers that I can verify. I've been taking a D3/K2 supplement for a few years that was recommended by a Naturopathic Doctor, and I was looking for an alternative and came across Naturalis - the price was affordable for 180 pills. I wish I did my vetting before I made the purchase - but I was happy to get my order of Vegan D3 + K2(MK7) the next day after I ordered it. I saw that their label lists certification with the Vegan Society and I went to the Vegan Society web page to see if I could verify. Yes! This product is listed as certified. I noticed that their headquarters address on the label is down the street from where I live so I was curious and Google mapped it - it looks like they have moved because I did not see a Naturalis sign, but saw signs for other businesses. Not a big deal. I looked at their website and I wasn't impressed - it makes some claims but there were no links to verify the information - at this point I have become a little worried about the actual quality/ingredients of the product. I sent them an email requesting information on who does their manufacturing and where it is located. I also asked if they have any third party lab test results to verify the ingredients - apparently Amazon requires this before a supplement vendor can sell on the Amazon platform. I will update this review after I receive an answer from Naturalis.

I've been on this now for over a month and a half ,after my doctor visit and finding out Im vitamin D deficient. The changes I noticed wow, sleeping better , my workouts I can finish without feeling tired during the workout. Man part is working better to LOL. Feeling like a new man but yes this product is great .

I'm really on the fence with this product. I've taken it for over 2 months and my vitamin D levels have only increased about 5 points. Whether it's the product itself or the way my body processes vitamin D remains to be seen. I've started a different D3 with K2 and should know in another 3 months if it's the product or my body.

This is a pill (not sure on which type to call it) smaller than some vitamin E and bigger than others, Still smaller than a regular veggie capsule. No problems taking it.

This is the best brand of D3 K2! Just having the Olive Oil added is perfect!

This takes the step from adding 4 caps of D3 to my K2 to one small cap. Im thankful for the ease!
