My son bought a bead bracelet which was tied together with regular elastic thread. It pretty quickly started to fray and eventually snapped. To save the day I bought this, I got the thinner size to make sure it would go through the holes in the beads tbh I could have gone a fair bit thicker in diameter. This thread seems really durable and is quite elastic. It was really easy to cut to the right length and thread through the beads.I ended up doubling the thread just to be on the safe side and I managed to tuck the knot inside one of the beads so it's an invisible join. The end result looked really good and now I've got a happy son and quite a lot of spare thread. Good value for money.

Bought to repair a couple of hematite bracelets with snapped elastic. A bit thinner than I thought but pretty strong. Very hard to tie a knot that doesn't slip, I'm still struggling.
