These do what they say they will. The pads are a good length, comfortable and I’ve found are able to handle a lot of leakage. They say they are for night but great for during the day too.

These are good length & serve the purpose of (light) day time use..

I find these are the best option for dealing with urinary incontinence. The long plus are good for night time as well. However they are not as good as implied in the adverts - sure they absorb fully and fairly quickly but you don't wear them cupped into your hand so there is a tendency to leak - how much depends on the rate of need - down the sides. They are fine for leakage but if you suffer from urge incontinence or a lack of feeling then you may well overwhelm the speed they will absorb at and they lack any form of edging that really keeps urine contained unless held as in the advert. I don't know if a winged version as in the sanitary pads would be better but always need to look at improving retention until urine can be absorbed. On the plus side they are a lot neater than options like Tena.

These pads are awesome and secure, so complaints. However for the first time ever, Amazon have sent the wrong size - ordered size 8 and got size 6.
