The remote with out battery and the manual instructions not telling what kind of battery for customers.

needs a fairlead to keep line on spool
line rides off spool on retrieve .had to add a fairlead to prevent it

Much to be desired.
The winch is plenty strong but took some modifications by me to get to work correctly. Rope ran off winch roller and had to fabricate a guard to keep the rope on roller.

Said it is made for 20 foot pontoon boat but when you reroute the wire it come up short.

great product for bigger boats.
Unable to install on my boat.great product but to big for use on my bass boat. Item is way to big. Seller should add size to advertisment. Would probable work great on a large boat.
