Hi Spence: This product didn't really work at any level for me. The best thing for nasal congestion that I have found? (I feel your pain). Get this. It's available right here on Amazon: NeilMed Sinus Rinse. It's refreshing, cost effective and the kit containing everything you need to get started costs just over $10. You may find it for even less if you look. 100 refills cost about $12.00 Note-be sure to use distilled water, not tap water. It makes a difference Good luck.

These tablets are not large at all. Very easily swallowed. I have a tough time getting tablets down but this was a piece of cake. I hope this helps!
