Love it!
I needed to get more protein per my nutritionist and I’m a picky eater with Celiac Disease. This pancake mix is phenomenal! Wish they had a bulk amount to purchase, it’s small-ish package and expensive to buy a lot at once.Tried the cinnamon swirl and not too crazy on that flavor but I’m gonna keep experimenting that one!

Makes good waffles too
Just add water and a little oil and you have waffles! Easy, peasy. Taste good too.

If you follow the instructions for adding egg and milk to the mix it makes it like water. Have to add twice as much mix as stated in instructions. For the price would expect better. Small package for the price. Wont buying again

Tastes like just cooking regular casein powder.

These pancakes were not good at all very dry. Would love to be able to return them, but you’re not allowed to return this item. Definitely will not be buying again.

These were way better than expected! I made 2 servings which gave me 2 large pancakes. I put a dollop of vanilla flavor fat free yogurt, some sugar free syrup! 51 grams of protein!! Under 500 calories. I will definitely buy again.
