Really like this T-Hawk....nice and sharp out of the box, very good balance, appears well made, solid enough for most chores, compact enough for the bug out bag or for carry, and, should you feel the urge, a pretty good thrower too. It also comes with a very good kydex sheath. Bottom line: I have quite a few hawks and axes, and this is one of the few that checks all the boxes for my purposes.

Can't think of anything that needs improving and that is rare! The only difference I can see between this and the custom model is the bottom of the beard is not sharpened (could easily be done), and the handle scales on the original are micarta (these look like micarta but are not supposed to be micarta). The kydex sheath on the one I received actually fits better than my original. I love the feel of it, perfect size, it seems to be the perfect weight and thickness of materials, rugged but not too massive. This is not an axe, it's compact and easily portable but not too small to be fully functional as both a tactical and utilitarian tool.

Like all CRKT tools this T-hawk is professional grade hard-core kit. Great handle (G10 type material) drilled for lanyard and comes with kydex-type sheath for belt or pack. Full beard leaves room for fingers and knuckles on handle during small or close work. Anodized or nitrite finish on metal. Excellent design and perfect length. Can't go wrong with this one. Very proud of this purchase, will last a lifetime with minimal care.

Awesome tomahawk. Much heavier than I expected. This thing is a tank. I used mine to remove 30 square of metal roofing and all it did was scratch up the finish. Can be thrown, but like I said, its heavy. Could definitely be used for breaching. You can definitely see RMJ's design. The sheath is well thought out as well. Great purchase, great price. Fast shipping too.

This is a solid tool feels great in hand nice weight and feel. Solid don't think it will ever break sheath is nice as well. Came razor sharp love it runs circles around my old sog Tomahawk but well worth the extra 60 bucks for the solid one piece construction. Many options to attach sheath and Molle compatible. I'd compare this to a estwing build but more tactical. I plan to use this for many things will update my review in a week or 2 .Took this camping for a few days used it to process all my fire wood, from kindling to bigger pieces no problems. Works for splitting if you have to no complaints can process wood and cut through a car door or smash a cinder block no problem.

Really nice ‘hawk. A bit longer than the Browning Shock n Awe, shorter than the Shock n Awesome. Hit the sweet spot for a compact tomahawk. Good balance in the hand. Jumpable sheath. Cost was about 1/5 of an RMJ custom for the same design. I wrapped the neck with 550 cord so I could choke up and use the blade for non-chopping tasks. Lanyard holes are big enough for 1” webbing. Very happy with the purchase, Amazon had the best price on the interwebs. Highly recommended.

If it chopped wood better i would have given it 5 stars. My bk9 chops about the same and its lighter.

Solidly built hawk and extremely light for its toughness. Looks great and can be thrown with great precision and sticks well.
