Is this product water (drool) proff? My godson loves to put items in his mouth at this phase in his growth. Any input is greatly appreciated.

My son is 2. I got this last year at Christmas for him. It's still working to this day never even changed batteries. As far as water or drool proof not sure. He has put them in his mouth on occasion and they still work. Definatly a good buy. I'd recommend it :) Hope this helped

does the phone also makes sound or is it just a sticker on the phone?

The phone makes lots of different sounds and says many different things for each button and section. It's great! My granddaughter loves it and is quite satisfied with it; she's just as happy fiddling with her phone as she is mine.

does this item contain lead

I tested it with my lead test kit and it did not detect any lead. Unfortunately, you can only test toys after purchasing them to make sure they are safe, so I would recommend getting one of lead test kits if you are concerned.
