On the pictures the valve looks big. If i needed to add a bit air, can i blow into it or do i need a pump?

There are lot of reviews claiming that your inflatables pop very easily, Will you address this problem soon/consider lowering the price for quality?

I don't think they answer, i asked about a replacement for my blow up shell because it wasn't sealed greatly at the seems. Never answered or sent replacement... they should lower the cost!!! Terrible customer service
