The media could not be loaded. I have been shopping for a dining set for 2 years. Not that I'm picky but everything was dark wood which I was trying to replace. I was not comfortable buying online as I'm old school, like to see it and touch it to check quality. I read some reviews and thought I would try it. It was lower priced than anything I had seen and I really wanted the 7 pieces. I'm 5 foot tall so the thought of hoisting this in the house freaked me out but it wasn't bad. Came in multiple boxes and all the pieces were there and clearly marked. Heaviest was of course table top. Only took about 2 hours to put together on my own, and only that long as I was taking my time and checking/rechecking, which was amazing. So easy to put together and the videos showing how to do it were fabulous. I recommend using power screw driver for the 2 screws in each chair to get tight fit. I didn't have enough hand strength to do on my own. Also make sure you angle them down to ensure screw is hidden. First chair took me 30 minutes only because I was double checking everything. After that about 10 minutes a piece. It is very sturdy, better than I expected. Color was great and quality of wood was great. The butterfly expansion is awesome! I don't have to store in a closet and easy to expand when I need it. I could not be happier. You might want to take pieces out in the garage and put together in the house. They are packed well and I found the little packing pieces all over the place. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful set, sturdy and a great value! Fits perfectly in a small space but, extends to accommodate for extra guests. I love that the extra table leaf is built into the table and I don’t have to find somewhere to store it! It’s exactly what I was looking for!The first table I received was damaged during shipping. I contacted customer service and received a response right away. I sent them pictures of the box and damage to the table.It was no time until I received a replacement!Excellent customer service!

We ordered this table to match our new cabenits, when it arrived the table top was damaged at the edge. I tried to work through Amazon but all could get was a scripted answer on the web sight, all I wanted to do was get a replacement table top. So I went stright to the manufacture and spoke with a real person who guided me to a replacement team, I sent them pictures of the broken top along with other requests they asked of me and less then two days we had a responce form them stating they were sending a new top and would give me a tracking mumber once it was shipped. the second table cam in perfect shape, I assembeled the table and it looks great! along with chairs. I still gave it 5 stars for the product and 5 stars for the out standing support i was given to resolve my issue. after all they can not help what the carriers do once the product leaves the facility. but they did back up there product. table is great and the company is also great!Thank youGTA in New Mexico

I was very happy when I came across the listing for this table. I loved the Oak look and that it had an in place leaf to make it larger when needed. I also liked that it had cushioned seats. Upon receiving the shipment, unfortunately the table top itself came with multiple cracks. I was very disappointed because I could tell by the look of the table that it was even nicer in person. I reached out to Amazon whom directed me to the seller - Bison Office. Over the course of multiple messages, I spoke with Madison and Daria. They helped me with the steps in providing them with the necessary information and pictures they needed. Once everything was in place, they arranged for a replacement table top. They were very pleasant to work with and kept me informed each step of the way. I just received my new table top, which had no cracks, and we assembled it. It is very nice looking, easy to assemble and sturdier than I expected. The only thing to know is that there is hidden packing material inside the top itself, so take your time in removing the material - making sure you get it all. I now know that some of this material was missing in the original top, which probably led to the cracks in shipment. I am looking forward to making many happy memories with family and friends while using this table.

I usually don’t review what I buy, but I feel like I have to for this table. After months of looking for a dining table, we decided to go with this one. I was scared after reading some of the bad reviews but boy was I wrong! Very good quality, easy to assemble (I would recommend 2 to do so though, I started alone but had to wait for my husband to be home so we could finish it together because the top part of the table was too heavy.)This table is perfect! Heavy and sturdy! The chairs are great and very comfortable! I would 100% recommend this!Ps: I saw a comment stating that the table had a broken part in the middle. It is not broken! You just have to screw it in and voilà!

This an edited version of my original product review. The dining set looks great in the pics, but after initial delivery of one cracked tabletop and the replacement also being cracked and stripped screws floating around in the packing box, I’d say it is a product defect that should be investigated thoroughly by the seller.

This is my second purchase this year. I decided the first set was too small. This set with the butterfly leaf is perfect. Small for just myself and husband and easily expandable when guests arrive. For the cost, the quality is outstanding. It's beautiful, looks like pictured and very sturdy. The set was easy to assemble, my husband put together alone in less than an hour. We had a small imperfection in the table. Contacted customer service at the seller and they quickly took measures to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. I am very pleased with this purchase.

As said numerous times, the table was NEVER RECEIVED!!!!!!! The FedEx picture only shows the 2 boxes I DID receive....BUT NOT THE TABLE. This has been going on for 5 days now & it's getting really old. Please send a relacement ASAP! I still need it before Christmas.
