I purchased four of these for a new sectional. They arrived quickly and were vacuum packaged for size. I opened the packaged and they fluffed right up. They hold their shape very well and don't have any odd or offensive odors. They appear well made and are not under filled. I took a pic of them with covers on, but the pic gives you a good idea what they look like straight from the package. Very nice! Very good value.Update- Months later and they are still holding their shape beautifully, with no feathers poking through. Liked them so much I bought a few more to place on bed.Updated 1/8/18- These have held up beautifully against a lot of use by adults, and teens...and cats. They are still full and haven't flattened like some pillows do. Couldn't be happier with them.

I am very pleased with these pillow inserts.They don't leak. The cover seems thick and well-made. I don't have any worries about tossing it through the washer or actually using them as pillows on my couch rather than only for decoration.My only complaint is that I can feel the thick stem of the feathers through the pillow. I would have enjoyed a little more down fill rather than feather, but that is just my preference.I bought 2 different types of pillow cases for the 20" pillow insert. The cream crochet cases are 18". The Heather Gray cases are 20".I like how the 20" pillow fills out the 20" pillow cases. A 20" pillow seems to have some issues with filling out the corners of the 18" case, and it just looks a little wonky to me. The size is great, and I kind of like that the 20" pillow in the 20" case is not overly fluffy. It's still thick, but doesn't look lumpy. Again, just my preference.20" pillows are a great size for a standard couch. If I had a sectional, I would probably go a size bigger.

These pillows are the real deal. I was getting sick of repurchasing throw pillows because cheapie foam pillows went flat over time. We are real people who snuggle on our couches, have little dogs that climb our throw pillows, and teens that occasionally crash overnight in the living room. Feather/down pillows like this can be fluffed backed to life! These are nice. Good loft, no funky smell, no flying or poking feathers I’ve noticed. The 20 inch insert is great in 18 inch cases if you want them snug.

I’ve had this set for several weeks and I’m not happy with them at all. First, the pillows are not filled with down like the ones I purchased from Crate & Barrel. Second, the down comes out very easily and comes through the pillow cover I purchased to put them in. Third, the inserts twist around in the pillow cover because of the lack of fullness. I bought 18x18 covers and 18x18 inserts. I will replace them soon.

I’m really impressed with quality of these pillows. Straight out of the box they fluffed right out. They are soft and full. I bought 20” pillows to be put in an 18” pillow cover. I like a fuller pillow and this was perfect. These pillows are just as nice as comparable pillows from high end stores. You can’t beat the price.

I received these a few minutes ago and loved them so much, I had to immediately review.Oh. My. Gosh.Soft and squishy yet fluffy - just like seen in the product description pictures. But soooooo soft and able to fluff up. They remind me of the pillow I've had since I was a girl (I'm 54).The white case is clearly 100% cotton and the fill is unmistakably feather/down. Huggable - squishes right up. Then when you release, it fluffs (though you need to fluff it fully to restore it from the hugging!). So on the very soft side of medium (perfect, IMO).I have only one complaint - I want this EXACT pillow for my bed, to replace my very old childhood pillow. Looks like this company doesn't make the standard size pillow version of this exact pillow.Disappointed. These are truly more than worth what I paid. I didn't expect them to be so nice. I'd ordered them as Euro Pillow inserts for a new bedding ensemble. Who knew these would be so incredible?HIGHLY recommend.

Extremely nice inserts... easy to give a karate chop to and I generally pick the size upfor the insert vs my pillow cover dimensions. I've purchased them a couple of times andhighly recommend them.I do personally feel that getting the pillow insert a size larger then the pillow cover is nice if you want it tobe nicely filled. These inserts are nice and soft. However, it's all personal choice and I can still karate chop them which is what I typically do. They are right up there with high priced PB inserts and the like!

Label says 99% duck feathers and 1% duck down....and it feels it. I expected a better ratio than only1% down. First, there’s a huge difference between goose down and duck down. Goose down is much softer and warmer than duck down. Doesn’t matter - at 1%, you can’t tell if there’s down. The duck feathers are rough and you can feel them through the cotton covering. These will do for the use, but you could get a softer, synthetic fill for less money.
