This is great tasting salsa. Different flavor than the average salsa

Finally got around to opening this. It is very sweet. Has sugar added which is a no no for me. I am a diabetic so I won't be ordering this again. It's a shame about the sugar. It is too sweet for me taste wise but nice and mild.

I was very happy to see Cherry Republic's cherry salsa on Amazon and ordered the product right away. I used to live in Ann Arbor and this was the place I would go to purchase some nice gift for friends and family. Cherry salsa was one of my favorite item they had and I bought it for myself couple times as well, but this one seems a bit too sweet. Maybe my taste bud has changed over the past year? I'm not a big fan of too sweet flavor, so I'm saving it in my fridge and have it once in awhile.Though, if you don't like hot salsa and love to taste fruity sweetness in your salsa, definitely try this! Even if you are not a huge cherry fan, it doesn't have that artificial cherry flavor you would taste from cherry ice cream. I personally felt like it tastes more sweet when it's cold, so I usually taste it in room temp.Definitely would recommend to others. If you are thinking of adding some new flavor in your party snack/movie night, you should try this!

Ordered the 2-pack but only received 1jar of salsa

I love cherries ( in my cocktails mostly) so when I saw this of course I was apprehensive because of the price but you know life is short and I don't deny myself things if I'm able to afford it so I went for it and I wasn't particularly impressed. It has a good flavor but it didn't knock me off my feet. I would prefer regular salsa over this. You know sometimes I'll buy something and I'll find a diamond in the rough and I'll be glad I didn't not get it because of the price but this was not one of those times. Definitely not a repurchase for me. The only difference between this cherry salsa and regular salsa is this cherry salsa is sweet. I can just have a real dessert after I finish eating and forget about this cherry salsa. This was a waste of my money.
