Good value snack, bursting with flavours and very easy to make. I use one post exercise.

Too small

They tasted good but like other reviewers have mentioned they get shoved in a box. Many of the cups were dented.

There's no way these are not hand packed so when I lifted a cup and found it empty with the seal in tact I was confused more than upset. How? Why? Accident? Prank? Hope Chocolate Chip & Maple wasn't worth trying!

My box came with only 9 cups instead of the 12 mentioned in the listing. Also missing was the spatula that is nowhere to be found.Beyond that, many of the cups are dented and tossed about inside the box. Further frustration comes from the fact I cannot return, replace, or do anything about what I am hoping was a mistake. For $40 this is absurd.From a longtime user of Kodiak, be wary of buying from this listing.

I love these Kodiak cups. They're so easy and quick to make. I also like how much protein they have and that they taste really good.

Tried to make the instant oats this morning and they over flowed from the container after a minute.
