This product is very good had a little issue withe the lock contacted the seller and the bag was replaced customer service very good and the the bag is good keeping stuff cool and safe

Good size, durable, works just fine for what I wanted. Also, I forgot my combination after months of not using it. I wrote to the customer service email provided on a card inside the cooler, and they quickly wrote back with easy instructions to change the combination. It worked! I’m back to using it now and very happy with the product.

My granddaughter has a problem with her sister stealing things out of her lunch and when she gets to school she has no lunch. I bought this for her and problem solved! It’s super cute, very well insulated and you set your own combination! Would be great for work thieves too! The lock did break after 2 days so contacted the seller and they are going to replace so good customer service.

Locks, easy to reset code. A bit hard to place zippers into locking mechanism. I use it to store breast milk at work

Lock worked for two weeks. Now I have all my things locked in the bag because the lock won't wor. Can't reset it without having it unlocked first so I have to cut open the bag. Do not buy.

This take so much stress away knowing that your lunch can be tampered with is awesome

These lockable lunch bags are great! I like that they have a 3 number combo lock. They are of good quality as well.
