A must-have for POTS! I drink electrolytes all day, but on flare days, it's still not enough. I can't use the traditional salt tablets that my neurologist recommended because they made me severely nauseated. I have difficulty swallowing, and they'd get hung up in my throat, too. (Very Gross!) But with these, I can chew them up and get the benefits much faster. The taste is a bit strong, but considering how much sodium is in it, that's to be expected. I've found that keeping it in my mouth and chewing it a little over time (like you would a peppermint or lifesaver candy) makes the taste less overwhelming. I recommend these to anyone with POTS or dysautonomia, especially if you have difficulty swallowing. They've been a huge help for me!

Im a runner and use these salt sticks for quick salt replenishing on long runs above 6 miles in the heat. They work fast, taste great and cost less than other brands.

Having hypotension, my sodium often lowers naturally throughout the day. Especially when I drink plenty of water. These help support a boost when I need it in the moment. Great for taking on the go and taste is not too much to handle. Great value, great taste- I mean a bit salty but isn’t that the point?!

These are a lifesaver with my POTS. Noticeably improve my symptoms when having a flare or getting ready to go out and do more strenuous activity. The taste is a little harsh but totally worth the symptom improvement.

These are like ibuprofen for me having POTS. The grape ones aren’t as tasty but still effective. They are perfect for on the go, stash in your purse, take as you’re rushing out the door! The work very quickly and stop me from having a flare or feeling icky. So glad I found them!

These chews seem to work fast. I have POTS so this is very helpful throughout the day. I have a hard time drinking the electrolyte packets so this alternative is great! They don’t taste terrible but they don't taste good.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and “thriving” for 23+ years. Yes I have completely F’d up days, but they don’t exist compared to 99% of AMAZING days.One of my major relapse symptoms is the “MS Hug.” The best way I can explain it is comparing it to a random collapsed lung that usually occurs in the middle normal, stress free conversation 🤣😂🤣.And here comes PoTS.
