Fantastic
Nothing at all it was perfect for the job you would suck out of basement floor and have it pump out a hose at the same time in the sump pump or a window fantastic item

This vacuum really sucks!! (Take this as a compliment!)
Having the built in pump saved me when I had a flooding problem that took weeks to repair. I started using a 5 gal wet-vac without the pump and at times it was filling every 2 or 3 minutes and had to be dumped. By the time I had dumped it, I had a flood on the floor again. I switched to this new one and each time it rained, no matter how hard, this thing was able to stay ahead of the flooding.As far as dry vacuuming, I have several other shop-vacs that are already grungy to use, one of which is a 20 year old version of the same vacuum that still works as new!

Shop Vac Disappointment
The power on off switch has burnt/short-circuited. It no longer works. Very disappointed after just 1 year of service before having this problem.

The pump does not work!!
We got this because occasionally after a hard fast rain we get water in our basement we have an older Shop-Vac that has the pump so that when as the canister fills it pumps the water out. This one did not only it did a mist. Thinking this has to be a defect we returned it. Hope the next one works.

Pump works .
We use this in our basement when we get a lot of rain.If its a light rain the pump works great.But if you get a long, heavy downpour rain the pump will not be able to keep up and you'll need to manually empty it every 15-30 minutes depending on how how hard it is raining.

Easy To Use
Easy To Use...... Beats Dumping The Water Out

DOES NOT PUMP WATER
Followed directions, even used a short hose. Put the plastic hose into the hole, attached the water filter and all it did was fill up the tank. Even watched a 1 2 3 video for this shop vac and nothing. Over 300 dollars for a vac and no pump. Did read that this is a known problem with this VAC. The rest of the vac worked. Seller did issue a return with no problem.
