This is a cartoon, so you know what you are reading about, but I'm writing this to you because it is not just for the little ones but also for us adults. You see, this is a comedic tale of the story of Christmas that we can even tell our little ones when they ask questions we can't always answer. Although it is a cartoon, the acting behind the scenes (led by Shirley Booth) is gigantic, if you can let yourself undertstand what the cartoon is all about. Enough to say that this is one of the best I have seen and if you want an amusing and happy watching time , you'll buy this. And even if you don't get the kick out of it as I did, the kids really will.

I liked the easy way and prompt delivery this is for childhood memories as I grew up watching this and so did my kids and you cannot see this on TV anymore.

Such a brilliant DVD with 3 Christmassy stories. My friend from the US loaned me his copy and I thoroughly enjoyed it so much that I had to have my own copy which arrived today and is now playing. It reminds me of Christmas past and even though they are stop motion it just shows how harder it was to make films but still have the innocence of childhood. All three films are impressive and they now join my other Rankin/Bass DVDS.
