The "cupcake" had an inch of frosting on the top. The frosting was hard and did not taste good. After removing the frosting, there was about a half inch of cake that was both too moist and crumbly. Under that was about an inch and a half of frosting, that was as bad as the top frosting. I then tried the inch and a half of cake that was crumbly and too moist. I could not eat any of it and just threw in all away.The "cupcake" was small. The two layers of frosting were hard and inedible. The small bit of cake was both too moist but did not hold together, but crumbled. It was almost completely flavorless. I just couldn't eat any of it after the initial taste. I had to throw it in the trashj.

I would give this four stars for taste but its far too sweet; amost like pure sugar but two stars for the lack of vital information.I very much dislike the fact that there are no nutritional values. I 'm a diabetic and it is extremely importantthat I am equipped with all adequate food information to make an informed decision on how much of a product I may safely consume. This is so sweet that I am afraid to eat more that two teaspoons without the listed nutritional values to guide me.

My husband and I tried the cupcake in a jar. We bought the strawberry flavor. The layers were very hard to get through. The texture was off putting, cake was overly wet, and the frosting (if that is what that was) tasted medicinal. I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth faster enough. I can't return it but I would hope I could at least get a refund. Bad experience. I wish I could give this zero stars.

The cake frosting does come smashed to the plastic lid, in plastic container, not bpa friendly either. I did however, LOVE the cake so much. I noticed on the seller's private site, the containers look much nicer than what I received and feel for the cost to ship in plastic, it should not be this expensive, therefore, 4 stars. I would however, buy from them again, only direct from their site, in a better container to keep as a keepsake maybe (or reuse if in glass). The cake however, is honestly the best I've had in ages.

Tasty very good, a bit too sweet.disapointed how it was packaged.Label not like in photo advertised, was hand written on jar label, red velvet, very unprofessional looking, plus frosting all smashed in jar stuck on lid. For the money spent was expecting a better presentation of product like shown in advertisement.

It's a great idea for sending as birthday gift when you cannot be there in person; however, it is mostly icing and very little cake. I have a sweet tooth, but this is even too much sugar for me!
