Pentek 150578 MC-1A Bracket for 3/4" 3G Filter Housings

I installed a water filter in my home and it didn't come with a way to mount it to the floor joists this is just what I needed

It's easy to purchase these accidentally such as I did.

Exact fit.

Strong metal bracket, slight springy but a good mounting.

I order this bracket since the Pentek filter system I ordered did not come with one. I went this this one even after reading some of the negative reviews simply because I wanted one that would work with the filter system without any modifications. The bracket is pretty sturdy and screws were supplied and made the install very easy. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Heavy gauge mount that comes with all fasteners needed and provides strong mounting for the housing.I'm very pleased with the construction of this mounting bracket.

The bracket works well, but I feel like I'm going to bend it when replacing the filter. I wish it was a little more stable, but it works well and just have to make sure I support it when replacing the filter.

Exact fit to hang water filter. Comes with screws and was easy to install. Extremely strong. I don't know why it is not included with the filter.

Doesnt fit a standard water filter holding a 2.5 x 10 inch filter. Holes are more than an inch over spaced. Will not recommend to anyone. I would have been better off making my own rather than wasting my hard earned money 3x on parts that don't fit.

two things were wrong with this part:it is not strong enough to support the 20 inch long slim filter it is supposed to pair withThe holes did not lineup with the filter headA had to file the hole to achieve proper alignment and I will have to add a small structural part (triangle) on top to stiffen the assemblywould neither buy again nor recommence... refundign this small part was a pain, so I kept it...

I used this to mount a 34-PR-10 housing under the kitchen sink. It came with good quality screws for the housing and holfs it up fine. but the wall screws are low end. You can tell from the photo this would not be sufficient for a big 20" housing.

For install my Pentair big blue filter case, was recommended from you and same mistake from 2017, peoples ordered the same kit after all those years nobody make the corrections. WAKE UP!!!!

Does not fit on 10in (the narrow ones) filters. Please...indicates the dimensions in the description text. Would save us lot if time/energy. Grrr..
