This cover is just useless. The kickstand won't securely hold the screen of the HP Elite x2 1012 G1 while typing on the keyboard. It keeps falling over. Why the case doesn't utilize the kickstand that's already on the x2 is beyond me. Also, the flap on the cover isn't magnetic so it doesn't stay closed. It's also in the way when typing on the keyboard. It's a nice cover, but unfortunately it just doesn't keep this tablet and keyboard secure (it keeps popping open) and is too awkward to use. The keyboard won't stay elevated (like it does without the case on it), so the keyboard just slides down flat, making it uncomfortable to type on. Also, there is a hole for the fingerprint scanner to show through, BUT, the fingerprint scanner won't work because the case is too thick and it's impossible to scan your finger across it with the case on. So sadly, I will be returning this case. Unfortunately, I can't find another one that's different to replace it!

I absolutely love this case; the look and the material are of quality and very chic. My one and only complaint would be that since this is for the HP Elite in which both parts detach and so that the screen can be used as a tablet, the area where the keyboard rests is poorly made b/c there is nothing securing the keyboard while it's detached from the screen/tablet. So if you detach the monitor to use it as a tablet and accidentally bump the keyboard, it will slip and fall to the ground. There is no pocket, Velcro, clip, nothing to secure the keyboard. I hope that if they ever upgrade this product, that issue is remedied--I will gladly purchase if so.

The package arrived on time. The tablet fits snugly in the cover. It sits on the right angle when using the stand. It can feel heavy like a regular laptop to carry. I am happy with the purchase.

Just bought my HP Elite and wanted extra protection after I take it out of my bag. This case does the job perfectly! Fits well, it’s lightweight and protects everything. Definitely recommend purchasing this, you will be very pleased-I know I am!!

Looks good and functions well

It's the perfect size for my tablet and keeps everything compact. Easy to carry.

Case can't handle the weight of the Elite x2 top and doesn't fit correctly when the base of attached. It also blocks the built in kick stand on the computer.

The only issues I have with this case is I wish there was some kind of way to keep the key board in place and not slide around as much. Also the magnets on the flap to close it should be much stronger it doesn't stay closed.
