Although I wouldn't classify this as 'light' reading, this book is phenomenal! I recommend this to anyone that wants to sort out their issues from childhood or just wants to better themselves.

awesome book. this is quite a book detailing why couples do or do not have chemistry based on their childhood attachment styles. very insightful
