Q: How do you add the fan?

It seems as you can't add the fan by plugging it in. You have to soder it to the board when using the screen. There are schematics online.

Q: Is there enough room to add a battery/ups board inside the case? would you build one a little taller to accommodate such an addition?

Q: Will the raspicamera header still work when this is installed so i can run a camera at the same time? if not will a usb camera work with this display?

Yes,the raspicamera header will still work.A usb camera will also work with this display.

Q: Is it possible to use hdmi port 2 on a raspberry pi 4b with this screen attached?

No,once displayed on a small screen, the signal will not go through the HDMI interface.
