I bought the white one and the brown one. Love them both. Please be prepared to spend about 2 hours to put ONE of these together. I had no idea when I bought them that they are in pieces. I thought they would be fully assembled. But once they are together it is so worth the trouble. They heat up instantly and the remote is so easy to use. I love the timer and also I love being able to just have the flame going without the heat. They do heat up a room very well. Hardly make any noise at all. Very pleasing little additions to both my bedroom and my front entryway.

I love that this fits where I need it to be. It works as described and is a great addition to the space. I'm middle-aged female and I put it together myself in about 2.5hrs.

So many parts! Took my friend 3 hours to put this together. Most of it was ok until you get to the part where you have to screw in the small metal brackets that hold it all together. The screws are tiny, worthless, strip easily and the predrilled holes are not big enough. Once put together, though , it is a cute small fireplace perfect for the porch I'm putting it on. The flames are vivid but the " logs" look fake. Puts out great heat.

I am proud to say that I was able to put this together by myself without any issues. The picture instructions were clear and easy to follow. I didn’t worry about length of time putting it together! I took my time while watching TV and it turned out beautiful! It looks great and the warmth it gives off is excellent!!!

The fireplace insert is extremely cheap. The flame and log set is fake looking, which is not surprising. The issues causing a poor review are the heater turning off irregularly and the noise. I’ve tried different settings and have mixed success with the heat staying on, could be a faulty thermostat? The operating noise is much louder than expected. Even with the heat turned off and only the flame light turned on there is a very noticeable operating noise that can be heard in the background with a TV on that is sitting above the fireplace. Of course when the heat is running, the noise is louder yet.The surrounding fireplace is as expected and not nearly as difficult to put together as some reviews claim.

I really am enjoying my fireplace. I do not have a real fireplace so this gives me the feeling of a real one and it warms my small apartment nicely & it is quiet & I enjoy that I can set it for different temperature settings

it's the master piece of my house! so in love of this fireplace and trust me I have search for a while until deciding which product and from where. Great price, easy to install, looks amazing!
