Call Amazon customer service and tell them what happened, you should receive a full refund and reorder it. I assume it was stolen after it was delivered or it was delivered to the wrong address and they kept it rather than doing the right thing. I hope this helps you

Hi customer, Since the inlet of this water bag is relatively small, if you want to install sand, it is recommended to choose sand with smaller and rounder particles. So we can avoid the bigger sand cannot be installed or the sharp sand will scratch the water bag. As for how much sand you need to pack, it is recommended that you try it according to your actual use needs. If you are going to use it outdoors, there may be have some winds. We suggest that you pack more sand to keep it heavy. And you can use the matching rope and nail to fixed the Projector Screen to the ground, which can reduces the influence of wind on the use of the curtain. If you only use it at home and there is no influence of wind, it is recommended that you only need to install a small amount of fine sand.
