Find this brand to be best for me. Certainly noticeably better than other popular brands.Leaves teeth and whole mouth feeling fresh and very clean. For best, longer lasting freshness, do not rinse with water after cleaning; you are washing away the longer lasting effects.

The paste looks very weird when you brush your teeth, it looks like curdled milk in your mouth and there is no freshness or minty breath after brushing your teeth. I don't know about efficency as I haven't used it that long.
