I bought this to work on a rowing machine that had a broken component. The only way to fix the rower is to remove one the of fly wheels, and this tool did the trick. The tool worked great.

Purchased this item because it was the recommended tool to remove a crank arm.It broke as soon as I got it tightened into place and made my first real turn of the handle.I would assume it was a bad weld from the looks of things after it broke.But now I have concerns about the same thing happening if I purchase another one, as I still need the tool to complete the repair on my equipment

This tool will work, however, it lacks ergonomics and you have to fully seat the spindle in the crank or you risk stripping the part easily.The lack of leverage and grip width just made me feel like I was going to ruin the cranks easier than with other removal tools I have used in the past. However, it still did get the cranks off my bike and for the money you cant beat the tool.

Used it to remove the right arm on the Schwinn Elliptical 470 for purposes of adjusting the sensor inside. Worked wonderfully.

Worked as expected to remove cranks from Nordictrack exercise bike.

handle broke off in my 3rd crank. terrible product which caused me additional issues. don't buy.
