All Rite Products UTV Snap In Go Vertical - UTV Tool Holder - Model USNV

We have attached this to our UTV and unfortunately it constantly loses the shovel, rake, handled hand tool, etc. We have tried numerous items of different size handles and weight to find the right product. Also, it constantly swivels on the pivot point and won't stay vertical. I have tightened the holding screw as tight as possible.Contacted Powersport Superstore and they said nothing they could do.
