Unthoughtful Packing of damaged items
Shipping box was fine, interior box was damaged. I thought I could live with it, but corners are damaged on a lot of the paper. I already threw the box away that was apart at the seams in a couple places. Not easy to return without the box and because I have used some of the paper already.

Great quality paper
This paper is great quality and a wonderful colour but every single time I order it, the boxes come damaged and one corner or the top pieces of paper are so beaten up that the full piece can't be used. Prepare to not get full use of all 500 sheets just in case.
