No so great.
Read directions which said 30 days. It’s been longer an the roof still looks like junk. Tree sap an mildew on a 2 year old roof. I would buy this again. Worked well upon applying yet nothing after that point

Beware of this and a Different Product with the Same Name
Beware of the product containing potassium hydroxide as it seems you will have to wait a while after applying and then rinse it off of your roof - defeating the "spray n forget" concept. Whereas, the one containing benzylkonium (forgive the spelling) does not require rinsing. I purchased one of each thinking they were the same product only to find out that they are not.
