There are two that come in the package and they have a zippered removeable bag around them. I tried it out and it feels pretty weird. The back one feels great, the neck one is a little painful for me cause I keep all my stress there. The rolls are much firmer than I would have thought because they are so lightweight but really hold my weight up, very surprising. After a few minutes your body relaxes over them and it feels nice, like take a nap nice. I used it for about 15 mins and my back felt great after. I'll have to read up on how to use them properly. Good product!

I have issues with my spine, I have hunched forward since I was a teenager, and unfortunately now in my late 20’s, am definitely starting to feel the consequences.I have been looking for ways to stretch and crack my back, To hopefully correct my posture a bit as well as relieve built up pressure. These are perfect for that. Whether you use one or two of the provided pieces, it gives my back a great stretch and a great crack. Just what I was hoping for. My back is very happy with this purchase.

I was introduced to Egoscue at least 15 years ago and when I came across these, I knew they would be good to add to my routine. My job requires a lot of time on a computer, so I'm always looking for something to help my spinal alignment and maintain my core. These were the perfect size and the perfect firmness. Once I was able to relax into it, they were very comfortable, and I felt great afterwards.Recommend and would purchase again.

It tried them once After 5 minutes my back was in agony. It has no give and hurts more than the sore back.

I expected a roll that was firm but still had some padding for comfort. This posture roll is really stiff and it reminds me of sections of a dense version of those swim noodles. I tried one as a cervical support with floor exercises and the size/circumference was adequate. The product description says "the posture glasses will allow you to work, watch, or read..." I'm guessing 'glasses' is a typo but I can say unequivocally that there's no way I could sit in a chair doing any of those activities for any amount of time using one of these for lumbar support. The discomfort from the unyielding shape that isn't tapered or contoured is just too much. The best thing I can say is that the waterproof cover is thick and it zips off for washing.

These do instantly relieve the stress you carry in your neck. It feels very relaxing and relieving to lay on these. You can feel them aligning your spine and it feels nice. I recommend these for sure.

These s were a little too firm for some of my exercises. I had yo order a set of softer ones.

I really didn't know what to expect when I ordered this. My idea of foam rollers is the hard, closed-cell foam rollers that are used for tight muscles.That is NOT what this product is. This is essentially open-cell foam rolled up and placed in a cylinder sleeve to hold its shape.At first I could find no information on this or how to use it..but I saw the photos on Amazon and I watched the product video to get some idea... Then I realized that the bag it was packed in has a QR code on it. Scanning it brings up information about the products and how to use them.Now, having used it, I can say that I love the lumbar roll, but the neck roll is a lot less comfortable. Maybe I'm using it wrong? 🤔 maybe I need it more?? I dunno 😕 I do know that it provides more support for my head than the pillows I sleep on!Overall, I'd say I like this and will have to make it a point to use this on a regular basis
