They are of the finest quality and so beautiful
I was hesitant to buy this pair of chairs because of some of the reviews. I had read how hard they were to put together and even that some people said the holes did not line up. I decided to take a chance and document every step of the purchase. I have included pictures from receiving the box to the finished product. Let me tell you that I am so please with these chairs and the ease of putting them together. They are of the finest quality and so beautiful. The detail is wonderful. The chairs come with two parts the back with the legs attached and the seat witch you have to put the legs on and attach to the top. There is Velcro on the bottom of the seats. First lift the Velcro from the front of the seat, take the legs and screws, that are clearly labeled and the rings that go on them, slide them in positon and you will be able to line them up to place your screws and use the hex tool and tighten. It is best to work on your kitchen table or a table. Now you will see a wooden dowel that goes in the center of the seat and top, line it up it is easy to see, now you will see the two screw places at the bottom, just place the screws in and tighten with your hand. . This is the part that I think many people have a problem with, you have four screws left two at top and two at bottom at the right and left sides. The top and left screws have just a slight angle so tilt the seat from the front and then you can see both the threads the screws go into. Put one in at a time and tighten with your hand, if it is hard to tighten then unscrew and tilt up or down on the seat. You will know it is in when you can easily tighten with your hand. You are ready to now use you hex tool and tighten all the screws. Hope this has helped you.

Poor quality for the money
Nice looking but (see photos) very poor quality. Wood frame of all chairs is in bad shape. Very coarsely cut, legs not the even (chair teeter-totter), bottom does not seal, have to use spacers on legs but they are not firm and don't lock in pace, easy enough to put together (time and effort is required, steps easy enough to follow but had to remove poorly cut wood pieces to keep them out of where bolts attach to legs). Wood holding all together arrived split (see photos) and otherwise damaged during manufacture.I bought 4 and did NOT return them. There is NO doubt Amazon would have replace or refunded but I just didn't want to go though putting together 4 more (just to find out they are all that way). I added a bit of space (wood blocks) to the front 'short' legs, not enough (as too much and bolts don't match up with holes) but reduced wobble by half.

Love these!!!
I got table at buyout place for cheap but was for patio. Thought by getting some more decorative chairs, would tie in together. Very comfortable and spills clean up well

Nice looking, cheaply made
Assembly is difficult, holes don’t line up well. The pre-Inserted screw emplacements strip out easily. If you screw the seat base into the back tightly, 2 of the emplacements just popped out. I had to reinforce the chair with additional screws for stability. Not sure what the wood is, but it’s very light, soft, brittle. Was not a good value for us.

"Value produced" quality, but nice chairs.
We bought four in two separate orders. Color matches, between the two orders (some variance in evenness of the stain, but not a deal breaker), comfortable and well-made. We're using as dining room chairs, so sprayed with a coat of fabric protector. The biggest complaint is that- as often happens with build-yourself, value produced, Chinese furniture- not all of the bolts will thread. The hardware included is typical pot metal, machine oil coated bolts that thread into metal inserts in the wooden pieces. Only about 75% of the bolts threaded all the way in, and another few could be cross-threaded part way in and hold, but there were some that just wouldn't thread. I suppose running a tap and die over them would have helped, but mostly it's a fault of low quality metal, sloppy engineering tolerances and quantity over quality production standards.Again, they're holding up, even missing some bolts, and we may buy another pair. Watch the price, because we've seen $30 fluctuations in the price from week to week depending on supplier, and strike when the deal is right.

Great Customer Service!
These chairs were relatively easy to put together, but do pay attention to the different bolt sizes. We inadvertently split a chair leg by using the wrong bolt in the wrong spot. The chairs have feet that are supposed to be adjustable so the chairs don’t wobble. We haven’t utilized that feature yet, so they’re a bit wobbly. We’ve had these for over a week and they’re comfortable and seem to be sturdy. We have an ottoman from HomePop that is covered by fabric that has begun to pill. I don’t think I’m going to have that issue with these chairs as the fabric is a different texture. As for the split chair leg ... upon contacting the website’s customer service directly they sent us a new chair leg within a week free of charge. So much of what is sold on Amazon these days has crappy customer service, so I wanted to give HomePop a shout out for that!

Quality chairs at reasonable price
The chairs came in large boxes that did have some damage, so I was a wee bit concerned. But, we immediately took them out of the box, and everything was fine. The chairs were packaged very well, legs in their own small box, the major components wrapped in plastic and foam, then a baggie of the tools and pieces to put the chair together. Some of the reviews mentioned the holes not lining up with legs. I can confirm that it is a VERY tight fit. I would recommend two people putting these together as there is no way I could've done it by myself. The set comes with an allenwrench (sp?!) but we also used a small electronic drill to ensure everything was snug. The ONLY complaint that I have is that the backs of the chairs had some loose strings, but you can cut those back with sewing scissors and you'd never know. The material absolutely is stunning, and I can confirm that these hold 260+ pounds easily with no issues. The chairs themselves weigh about 5 lbs maybe.Don't wait like I did. I waited and next think I knew the Zon was sold out. Took about three weeks for them to come back in stock. I paid more for my chairs than I did the table and the stain to refinish! Would totally buy from this vendor again.
