It serves the purpose.
Using as part of electrolytes after workout in this sweltering heat to keep body hydrated, alone water is not enough. It's easy to dissolve and works.
User
Bad taste
It tastes like boring water. No effect on bp. Higher dose may cause vomiting and diarrhea.

Good potassium suppliment
We human need 4700 mg potassium daily and it is very hard to fulfill such requirements, 4700 mg potassium we need to eat 500 grams of organic spinach daily. It is very hard to find potassium in non vegs food. This suppliment is best for those who are in keto and carnivorous diet
