I have ordered the guard for my 10 year old daughter who needed that for her Krav Maga sessions. I was very pleasantly surprised on the quality of the item. It’s very sturdy and thick. Yet soft and very protective. Far better than all the girl’s version available online. I was worried it will be too big for her but it can be easily adjusted and it has elastics on the side for comfort wear. It was delivered promptly as well. Definitely recommend.

This product works well and fits perfectly im 6ft2 and roughly 103kg my hips are slim but my legs and glutes are big so i bought the biggest size and fits very well. The product itself works really well 2 weeks ago i was doing kick boxing sparing and i hit my opponent with a round house body kick and at the same time he hit me with a spinning back kick which hit me right in the groin (as my leg was up in the air hitting his body already) i flinched at first because i knew where i had been hit but then felt no pain at all and was able to continue fighting without stopping for a breather.

For me personally, this item was a perfect fit for the sports event I was taking part in.Having said that everyone comes in different shapes and sizes so it would be a matter of trying 'for size'.It's a well made, comfortable piece of protective wear.

Best cup I have had

I’m a size 33 inch waist. Larger than average legs (thighs and butt) for my size. The large fits perfect. Would fit someone with smaller legs well too.HOWEVER…. I thought the groin protector (the hard part/cup) was a little too narrow; when I was doing some strike tests, like palm striking my groin, my nuts were still taking shock damage from the energy transfer from my groin, I thought because the actual cup is a tiny bit too narrow. BUT I was just pulling the protector too high! So don’t try to wear this thing like a cup….. Let it sit nice and loose, like a pair of shorts. NOT LIKE A BOXING PROTECTOR. The protectors in boxing, in my experience, don’t have the hard part/cup. THIS ONE DOES. So let it ride nice and comfortable down low where the goods are. Don’t try to wrap your jewels in a blanket, basically. You’ll have a much better experience and more protection that way. Like, don’t pull the top of the waistband above your waist is what I mean. If you get it, which I recommend, I think you’ll understand.I WILL SAY THIS THOUGH: I just wanted some protection for a training partner, because I, personally, will probably be wearing a Diamond MMA cup and shorts combo. This was just something to ensure the safety of whoever I train with. Seems like a good fit, because it’s easy to put on, easy on-the-go, and seems pretty sanitary if you’re wanting to let multiple people use it. The strings being tied aren’t that big of a deal either. Quick as tying your shoes (maybe even quicker). The waist STRETCHES and the strings seem sort of just for show unless you actually need to loosen all the strings up to accommodate a larger fellow. PLUS, I think it’ll definitely keep someone’s testicles from exploding due to a strike. I mean, it won’t feel good to the pelvis, but I think it’ll help protect from any permanent damage, like any cup should. Seems EXCELLENT for grappling too, considering the snugness and maneuverability. Overall, seems great for the price. I've taken straight front kicks to the balls and to say that it's a pain that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy is an understatement. After purchasing this, I might be able to have kids in the future. Heavily recommend. Cheers!

I have a 32-34 inch waist and I got the large RDX groin protector. Being an active fighter I can say that this groin protector is a must have. It fits perfect provides great protection and isn’t bother some when moving around. I definitely want to get another one in a different color just because the price and how comfortable it is. 100% recommend to anyone

Handle well but too small even when I ordered the xlarge one. Fits very tight.
