Warning for other enthusiasts. You want part number 18K5878A.This product, 18K1971X, does fit into the ATS V Brembos but has a tendency to fail under "spirited" driving. The pin and spring design does not put enough force onto the pins to keep them in place in the caliper.I mention this because there are several sources online that list 18K1971x as the right hardware kit for upgrading or replacing your breaks using the ATS V calipers, 172-2768 and 172-2777.This hardware kit, 18k1971x, is for the CTS V. Again, it will fit onto the calipers for the ATS, but they do not hold well. Hardware kit 18k5878A has a channel cut into the pin that the spring rides in making it much more difficult for the pins to close out of the caliper. You want this on the ATS calipers. (See attached photos)If you are buying a kit for the CTS V I would also consider the 18k5878A hardware kit. If they are comparable between the ATS and CTS then I see no reason not to opt for the improved pin safety retention design. Although, looking at reviews for this product, it seems people aren't having the same issue with the CTS V (pins are not slipping out). The CTS V caliper might have different geometry to the spring perch points making it put more pressure on the pins; between the two kits the pins are the same length and have the same retention nipple on the end so they should be interchangeable. Also, the pins are thicker in the center of the 1971 kit, but the way force is applied to these pins the channeled pin for the 5878 kit should not bend or break. I will update this review if that happens.It is not the fault of the seller on Amazon for the pin retention issue. Infact Amazon will warn you if you have your car set as a 2013-2019 ATS that these are not compatible. I will be leaving a 1 star so other folks can see this and not make the same mistake I and several others have made.

Perfect fit for my Cadillac ATS Brembo brakes, swapped onto my Subaru.

All parts arrived in great condition, one had damage to the box but the part itself was in perfect condition. It seemed to more be an issue with who ever decided to put the heavy brake caliper on top of the tiny box with the pin kit in it. Over all I'm very happy with the parts and will buy again

had issues with them being loose and turns out I was a dumb dumb and installed the spring plates upside down. Fixed them and they’re perfect now!
