Does what it should do

This tool is well designed and gets right into the grout lines of my tile floor. It doesn’t removes stains in the grout as well as I had hoped. Perhaps I need to try other grout cleaning solutions to find the right combination of cleaners. The tool has great ergonomics and is comfortable to use for long periods of time.

Not a tool that will withstand any type of long term work we needed to do so we returned it. Poor quality materials.

Did a good job, wheel fell off within the first few minutes of using even though put on correctly. Just used without it

Worked well but beware that if your grout is not sealed it will "groove" it. We are now having our grout cleaned and sealed professionally and will use this for future maintenance. Was exactly what we were looking for.

I have waited awhile since I received this item to give it a fair assessment. I tried it, put it away and tried something else, put it away again and hauled it out one final time before trashing it. The long handled manual brush that came with it was actually much better, but it is very, very, difficult to get dirt out of grout lines, and very very labor intensive. With all that said, the groovy grouter did loosen the dirt but in no way removed it. I ended up scrubbing all the grout lines the best that I could and then re- painting them. The only thing that worked. Just buy the long handled brush for about $30 and save the rest for grout cleaner and grout paint.
