110% worth it
It’s the first piece of equipment I got to train my Muay Thai at home and I think it’s probably the best. I was able to use the “suction cup” which is actually just glue and not suction. Works perfectly though and the height is perfect as well. You couldn’t go wrong with this at $10.

Could of got the 5 stars if the sticky part didn’t break seconds after my 3yr old started hitting it… all in all seems like a great put together piece without that part
