I'm always a little apprehensive about buying office equipment online -- I prefer to see the item in person and judge whether it's well built, assembled and made from quality materials. Too often things like file cabinets are made from sheet metal which is way too thin and too often the drawers won't slide smoothly until they're about 90% full. They need the weight to made the extension slides operate smoothly. This lockable cabinet is a unique with two shallow desk drawers -- one with a nice pencil tray organizer and one lower file drawer. It's very sturdy even when empty, it comes 99% assembled... just add the casters on the bottom, very simple. The packing carton is a work of art, it's very well protected and one person can lift it. I'd highly recommend this -- it works very well slide it under a table and you've got a very functional small desk.

Really appreciate the fact that the item was fully assembled (some very nominal wheel assembly required). Well constructed for the value paid. Size works well under electric adjustable height desk.

Great cabinet - perfect for the extra storage I needed. The wheels attached easily & everything works great. Fits right under my desk. Seems to be sturdy & well made. Would recommend! (Side note: if it's important for you, the tray in the top drawer does not move -- it's in a fixed position which kind of surprised me)

Some assembly was required. Not too hard though. However, the hole for the wheel to screw into on the bottom drawer was too narrow so I had to use a drill bit to widen it. That did make an otherwise simple assembly a bit more complicated than I preferred. It is the perfect size for what I need. A bit heavier than I thought it would be. Drawers slide out real easy. For the price, it's a good cabinet.

GREAT BUY! It is very well made and packaged so that it will definitely not be damaged in shipping. It is fully assembled except you just need to screw the wheels on. Two of the wheels lock securely (I put the locking wheels on the front) It comes with two keys and a nice removeable pencil tray in the top drawer. It is as well made as others twice or more the price. You really will be pleased with this purchase.

Good quality and easy to assemble. Looks nice. Really spacey. Finally removed the mess from my desk. The lock helps to save the dangerous stuff from the kids.

The cabinet is sturdy and well-made, but the drawers are poorly aligned. The top drawer sticks and needs extra force, which is already causing the paint to peel. When fully opened, the drawers shift forward, the third wheel doesn’t touch the ground, and the screws for it don’t even fit—making that feature useless.

I like this cabinet. I needed something for a small place and this fit the bill. I wish I could put a few more files in it, but overall it has a pretty good space for files. The cabinet has fairly thin walls, but since that’s what I wanted, I found the thickness perfect. I have a printer on top and it does not scratch the surface. I did try the lock on the cabinet that some people have complained about. I found that the lock worked fine, however, the keys to the cabinet are very thin and easily bent. Since I live alone, I probably won’t use the lock anyway, but I was curious.Overall, a nice cabinet
