Ava are game changers in the market and their Smart P60 is a superb machine. Robust, with very clever features, and a big guarantee.Best bits;The power!! Car washing - coupled with a quality snow foam (Bilt Hamber Touch-less) it destroys dirt, barely requiring any contact wash after that (on a well protected car).The hose reel with Superb reinforced no-tangle hose pipe too.The built in stubby gun with adjustable nozzles is excellent. The long Extension lance is very clever, if heavy.It takes Karcher accessories - handy when upgrading after the inevitable K-series breakdown/ leakage.Nice own-brand accessories available too.Downsides? The Provided basic snow foam lance is poor. I use my MJJC one with an adapter. Much better! (Ava sell a better one separately.)No regrets on this purchase, highly recommended.

The pressure washer looks good. I don’t know if it is good because the hose connection to the reel burst within 30 seconds of first use. There is no number to call, there is no email to write to, only the online form which tells me that my problem is likely to freezing and therefore not covered under warranty- period-. Dead end no ifs no buts. Completed the form under similar fault that enabled logged conversation 5 days ago. No response. There is no aftersales. They can’t support statutory return never mind promised 10 years. I see they only respond to praises on trustpilot completely ignoring the facts about their customer service. I asked them to take this thing off my driveway and have no intention of dealing with this brand again. Good product is half the story I buy, the other half they fail on miserably. Next stage is Credit card issuer to activate their protection. Think twice before pressing buy. If you’re lucky, you won’t need aftersales.

After sales service very poor. Unit started leaking after about 4 uses so trying to get fixed under warranty. I have now been let down twice for the arranged pick up dates. paying above average price for machine because of the length of the warranty but not worth it if you cannot get machine fixed. Good enough unit when working with some good features but nothing special. Would have marked higher if after sales service was in place.
