I have thick arms so I was a bit surprised that with this type of material my arms had plenty room. I would definitely recommend this dress 👗 ladies. I'm 5'3", 120 lbs and I bought the medium. The length is perfect, it's a bit loose in the chest, but I'm 34a. I believe if I had purchased small it would be too tight through the shoulders. Material is light and flowy, love this dress!

I love this dress, but even with the waist drawstring, it definitely still needs a belt.I'm 5'4", 145lbs, 38-29-39, & I ordered a XL.

I'm using my husband's account, he doesn't wear dresses! I went through all of these reviews before ordering, looking for someone that had written a review that was about the same size as me and had given a descriptive review. I am going to do the same for anyone looking at these dresses and liking them as much I did but wasn't sure about what size or if I should even bother. So...I finally ordered two, the Pink and Light Green in a Medium. I am normally a size 0 or 2 in a dress, a 32D, 110lbs, I am 5' 1 3/4" and the dress just touches the floor when I have no shoes on. (I don't mind that at all. I'm happy I get to wear sandals!) I'm not super young anymore (40's) and my arms are a bit out of shape, so the sleeves are a bit tight at the bottom where it buttons but you don't have to button it. The buttons do stop short and show some leg, but in my opinion it's a good length. (About the middle of my thighs) I can always put a small safety pin there if it's a windy day. The material is exactly what I was expecting, a light summery dress that I'm not going to get hot in. The buttons are great, yes the dresses come shipped unbuttoned but they are very easy to button. The buttons are made of shells and there are elastic loops instead of holes. Once buttoned, I put the dress on over my head. All seams are sewn up, no tears, there are some loose threads but it's no big deal. One of the dresses came with the draw string out, but I just put a safety pin on one end and fed it through. Finished in about a minute, if that. Adjustable drawstring is a bonus I didn't know it had. I always have issues with the waistline being too big. The Pink is more like the Pink one pictured not the purple-ish and the "Light Green" is more of a Teal color. They are both very pretty and I'm very happy with them and definitely plan on getting other colors! I bought these dresses for my son's College Graduation, now I just have to decide which one to wear!

It does not run small, it is incredibly smaller than that. I wear a 1x and 2x does not fit, that would be running somewhat smaller. In this case, as far as i can see, i would need a 4x for it to fit arms and waist and hips, but it would be huge in the chest. Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Is it really that hard to understand that larger woman usually have bigger arms and hips? that is obvious. A little room in the arms is not a big deal, so if a woman is large and her arms not too large, she will have some room, that's ok. But a larger woman with large arms has no chance. Additionally, why is a 2x a 12? Where in the world does that apply???? Is this another Asian company??? I know they have no clue about the bodies of American women. Brazil has that issue as well, bbut in any case...Perhaps a good idea would be, find out about the sizes of American women and THEN cash in on the American market. I think that would be best for all involved.

1st DRY CLEAN ONLY!I loved this dress so much. It's much more pretty than I expected. I thought perhaps that the horizontal lines were going to make me look larger. Not so. In fact, I was impressed at how the pattern of the lines matched up so beautifully.I can wear between M to XL as US designs go. I'm between sizes 12-14 at this moment. This dress is very flattering and sophisticated, it's flanked with 12 buttons down the front and 2 on each arm for folding up the sleeve of the arm. When left down, the arms come to right below the elbow. They can be fastened by the other button to close the sleeve. Basically 3/4 sleeve.I think I can wear it all summer as well as the fall. The colors are lovely. The XL is perfect for my figure. BEFORE I WASHED IT, in cold water, It hit at the ankle.Just one BIG problem, this cutie is made of 90-100% rayon! Rayon is known for it's shrinking properties. After trying it on to make sure that it fit, I washed it. I hung to dry and when I put it on today I almost freaked out. It's like someone played a joke on me and gave me a Barbie doll dress! I was GOING to wear it out and had every thing to go along with it right beside it!Beware Ladies, this fabric is touchy. It shrinks into doll cloths if you're not extremely careful. Do not put this in the dryer, don't even wash it. Send it to a dry cleaner! I didn't. This no longer fits me the way it did our of the bag. Their should be a label: TO DRY CLEAN ONLY!! This is made of rayon not cotton.

I'm 5'10" and usually wear a size 12 although looking at Amazon's size chart I am closer to their size 16. Based on the product size chart I went with the XXL. I wouldn't mind it a little looser in the chest and arm area for it to fit more like in the pictures but it does fit. Only comes down to just above the ankles but looks cute with boots. Pattern is beautiful and just like in the pictures and the fabric has a nice flowy feel. So far impressed with the quality for the price.
