This is a game changer. Someone told me to get one. I was still skeptical about if this would actually make life easier cutting a pineapple. Let me tell you, I no longer dread buying pineapples & cutting them. Simple to use, only takes a few minutes, then off to enjoy your pineapple 🍍

It's definitely worth it to get this kit over any others that don't include the slicer. It's just an extra nice convenience. You have your pineapples all slices in small little chunks, though it does take a bit of effort from me.

Does a great job of coring the pineapple. Easy to use. Easy to clean up. Easy to store in a drawer. However, the plastic "slicer" that comes with it.... i just threw it away. It can be used to slice the pineapple (kinda.... it's made of dull plastic) or can be used as a measuring tool to determine how deep you want to core the pineapple. I couldn't get it to go through all of the rings of pineapple so I just used my apple slicer which did the trick! But as far as coring, this does a great job. Throw that plastic slicer thingy away.

Makes slicing a pineapple so easy. I cut up a few pineapples manually, which not only took a lot of time but it was hard to get the core and eyes out cleanly. This gadget makes prepping a pineapple quick and painless. It now takes less than two minutes to core and slice it. It is easier to cut it up with a knife than the added wedger as it didn't really cut through the fruit. Perhaps stainless blades would work better. This gadget makes prepping pineapples enjoyable instead of a dread.

Product works awesome... I just cut the top of the pineapple off then started turning the pineapple cutter into the open pineapple and it turned very easily all the way to the bottom of the pineapple... I wasn't sure where to stop but when it hit bottom it just stopped cutting... I then pulled the pineapple cutter out and the cut pineapple came out with it leaving the hull and the center core still intact... awesome product... we haven't tried the slicer that came along with it yet...

Love this gadget. So much better than slicing it all with knife. Bought 2 more for presents.

Yes. Very good product

No contest for us! Carving up a pineapple with a knife is something we'll never do again because this is just so easy to use. Maybe there is a bit of waste in the outer part of the fruit, but I think that waste is overall less than the alternative. Besides that, my wife makes "Agua De Piña" from the discarded pieces. It's a win-win!
