This was a perfect fit, it even came with the replacement tabs for mounting. It's the all in one complete package deal. I took it out today after installing to make sure it didn't make any weird noise or whistling as some non-OEM stuff does. I'm happy to report it's silent. Very happy with this purchase, I with I had gone with this the first time.Do not hesitate to buy this replacement for your explorer, it was perfect. Also, wear safety glasses for removal of old tabs, they like to break apart and send a piece at the face level.

Replaced broken one with this product and it looks just as good as the original.

Noooooo! Does not fit. It has an extra tab on it that breaks when it’s put in place.So a small top part broke off when I pressed it into place and I thought since the rest was all snug and secure I would leave it on until Ford got the recall part to replace this.Less than one minute on the highway the whole thing started to move. I rolled down my window to hold it on until I could move over to the shoulder and remove it. The whole thing flew off cutting my thumb and bounced on the highway behind me causing it to shatter.Total waste of $40 and crazy dangerous to other drivers.

So, like the title says, this is the first time I have bought car parts from Amazon. I will say, it was a great surprise. The product came in undamaged and everything was so simple to put on my wife’s car. Great quality, and was a perfect fit for her Explorer. I recommend this product.

It fits very well and easy to install, its looks great, that is until there is a rise in temperature, during the day the temperature rises 75 degrees or more and it being black it gets the pillar cover hot enough to soften the adhesive and it oozes out and while driving it starts to smear and going through a car wash makes it smear even more, the only solution that I know if is to remove them and use a good weatherstrip glue, but they look better than the old worn ones.

First one defective and broke. Second one perfect
