Perfect Eggs every time!
Love this little egg cooker. Doesn't take-up alot of cupboard space. So easy to use and the eggs peel so easy too! Can cook eggs for a salad in just minutes....no waiting for the water to boil. I would definitely buy again and have recommended it to my friends. Try it! You won't be sorry!

Fun!
I hate boiling eggs but love them hard boiled. When I learned about this lil appliance I came straight onto Amazon to find one and purchase. Works like a charm. Simple to use and clean. (I use a little white vinegar to clean it after every use) Make certain to use the bottom of the cup to pierce a hole in the top of the egg before cooking. Much much better that way. Perfect little gadget. I now always have hard boiled eggs! Might try a recipe or two at some point!

Perfect eggs!
Works quick, perfectly cooked eggs (Soft/Med or Hard boiled). Small in size but can cook 7 large eggs. They peel SO EASILY! Cooks automatically with a timer that shuts them off when done. I love this!

You Get What You Pay For!
I need an egg cooker because I can not eat egg yolk for medical reasons, & it seems like too much work to deal with cleaning a pot every time I hard-boil an egg.I went through 2 cheaper ones (not so cheap today due to inflation, but at the time they were $6 & $8), & both broke after a few months & before breaking frequently had eggs explode during cooking. So I decided to try a "better" (i.e. more expensive) option, & based on other's reviews, picked this one.So far, though not perfect, I'm pretty happy. It has what is in effect an auto cook setting for how hard boiled you want your eggs. If I could eat soft-boiled whole eggs I'd really like that! The suggested setting for hard boiled is fine for my purpose, though the yolk isn't 100% hard boiled; but solid enough to totally separate the yolk & the white. If that matters to you, I'd suggest adding about 1 more inch of water (The amount of water determines the cooking time, which is clearly spelled out in the manual). It also has cooking surfaces for steamed Omelettes & poached eggs. I won't be using either, due to my inability to physically tolerate yolks. (btw, another product I have used & reviewed for Amazon, "Chef'n Yolkster Egg Separator, Plastic" https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07T7ZFPGF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 does a good job of separating raw white & yolk (I'd guess it has an 85% success rate) & is worth looking at.Back to the Elite: so far it does the job, & while NOT "dishwasher safe" as long no eggs explode (a somewhat common occurance with the microwave egg boilers which this isn't, but the issue is mentioned in the useful owner's manual) hand wash is pretty easy. Only other issue which the owner's manual makes clear (and they are correct) is if one uses tap water the metal plate will stain. I choose to use tap water anyway, a few stains aren't the end of the world for a device like this. Also, this is my opinion & goes against the instructions, but I don't see any reason why the plastic pieces couldn't go in a dish washer (important if you're using the omelette feature!). The base with the metal tray definitely could not.Assuming this unit lasts a bit longer than my 2 previous microwave boilers, I would highly recommend it (Though I wish I could eat whole eggs!). Ironically, when I was a child I could eat yolks, but was allergic to whites; now it's the opposite though not an allergy issue.Really seems to be worth the extra few dollars, & for someone who can use more of the options than I, I'd call this a good value.

FANDAMNTASTIC
This gadget is the greatest. It is so-so easy to use AND you get the best eggs ever. If you like a beautifully poached egg to plop on a piece of toast this will do it for you. My wife has to have her poached eggs more than just done so all I have to do is fill the water line a little higher on the fill cup. I can't get enough. Boiled eggs ARE PERFECT TOO!!! Just put them in to ice water immediately after the timer goes off and watch how easy the shells come off. Have not tried the omelet tray yet but for hard-boiled or poached eggs I am more than pleased. Manufacturer recommends wiping out the water heater surface after use. I do too. HAPPY-HAPPY.

OMG!! No more egg coming with eggshells
This little gadget is AMAZING!!!! For YEARS I have struggled with peeling the eggs. I tried everything! Baking soda, salt, anything and everything that had any promise of peeling an egg without taking half the egg with the shell. Then I got this. I am in love! I actually go out of my way to figure out uses for the eggs, just for the satisfaction of peeling without the egg coming with the shell. I've also used the handy inserts for scrambled eggs (instead of fried egg sandwiches, so much more healthy!), and they come out PERFECT. Can you tell I'm in love with this thing? It holds 7 eggs, so 14 deviled eggs, or enough eggs for an egg salad sandwich. So easy to use and clean. No more cursing while peeling! Yep, love this thing!

Works great!
It is very consistent in cooking the eggs the way you want them every time. It does require you try a few times until you get familiar with the amount of water that works for you. I added a few marks to the water dispenser that comes with the cooker once I got consistent results.I love that it has an alarm. I almost bought one without alarm; I am glad I did not. Keep in mind that you need to remove the egg(s) soon after the alarm goes off, otherwise you will not get the expected cooking level. As per the instructions, quickly put the eggs in cold water to prevent them from overcooking.

Will buy it again
Simply love the product. The measurinng cup for the water how one want the eggs done (soft-med-hard) is spot on accurate. Easy to use and quicker than previous egg cookers I had. I use spray-and-cook when doing the egg bbenedict - just easier and quicker to clean.

A great tool for those with mobility issues
I use my egg cooker 4 to 5 days a week. It is nice to not deal with a hot heavy pan. It is great to put the eggs in and not have to stand over it. If you have issues with nausea in the morning it can help you cook a good breakfast.
