our builders told me to order this, they said it's really good stuff, they used it on the new tiles and it works a treat

Did what it said on the tin good product saves a lot of time by sealing the tile before grout then after grout adds some protection from water stains etc.

Followed the instructions which were easy to follow

Rubbish, tiles still get stained . Shouldn’t bother
